About the Author:
William Guy Carr, R.D. Commander R.C.N. (R) Retired was born June 2, 1895 and died October 2, 1959. At the early age of twelve the author was thoroughly indoctrinated into the Bolshevik ideology by two revolutionary
missionaries who travelled on the same ship with him out to the Orient in 1907. Unlike many others he didn't swallow the bait they offered him "Hook, Line, and Sinker." He decided to keep an open mind, and to
investigate matters thoroughly, before reaching any conclusions. His investigations and studies of all angles of the International Conspiracy have taken him to nearly every country in the world. Commander Carr had a
distinguished naval career. During World War I he served as Navigating Officer of H.M. Submarines. In World War II he was Naval Control Officer for the St. Lawrence; then Staff Officer Operations at Shelbourne, N.S.;
then Senior Naval Officer at Goose Bay, Labrador. As an Officer on the staff of Commodore Reginald Brock he organized the 7th Victory Loan for the twenty-two Royal Canadian Naval Training Divisions.

World peace? NAH - just a utopian pipe dream. That's what I thought, too, until I read this book. One of the authors
(Ferencz)
grew up ghetto tough, fought in WWII, witnessed nazi atrocities, and had the honor of serving as an attorney in the Nuremberg war trials.
He went on to study international law, and came to the conclusion that
world peace does have a chance, if people will insist on it. It would take a framework of international law, and some capability for enforcing that law, but IT COULD WORK.
He gives examples, quotes from great
thinkers, quotes from great leaders and generals, and spells out an action plan for getting from here to there. You read the book, and you think - maybe for the first time - "Hey, maybe this could work".
I buy used copies and give them away. I wish everyone could read this book. Tomorrow. Boy, there is a lot of stuff that could be fixed, if everyone would expose themselves to these ideas.

THE PROTOCOLS OF THE LEARNED ELDERS OF ZION
Although it's a pernicious fraud, The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion has unfortunately had a widespread influence--all of it evil--on the history of the 20th century.
It was exposed as a hoax in 1921, yet it has been used as a justification for the Holocaust and for innumerable pogroms in Russia and the Soviet Union.
The Protocols was supposedly written in 1897 from the
minutes of 24 secret meetings between Jews and Freemasons in which they conspired to bring down Western civilization and jointly rule the world. In reality, it is nothing of the sort. In 1921, Philip Graves of the
London Times revealed The Protocols to be a fraud, showing it to be based on a French satire aimed at Napoleon III. In a series of side-by-side extracts printed in the Times, Graves demonstrated that the forgers took
long portions of the original text, titled Dialogues in Hell Between Machiavelli and Montesquieu, and simply replaced "France" with "Zion" and "The Emperor" with "We the Jews."
Further investigations by the Russian historian Vladimir Burtsev revealed other sources for The Protocols, including a fantasy novel by Hermann Goedsche and, more darkly, the hand of the Russian secret police.
Sadly, despite its clearly fraudulent nature, The Protocols continues today to feed the fears of the credulous and to fan the flames of fanaticism and hate.
