The Lull Before the Storm:
A MESSAGE TO THE WANDERERS (LIGHTWORKERS) COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness wishes to take a few moments longer to allow the Interpreter to go
even deeper. This Awareness suggests the count of 12 be given again to take the Interpreter even deeper. (Count of 12 is given again) COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness is prepared to commence the session for today. This
Awareness does have an opening message, and It wishes at this time to discuss matters of great importance, and the understanding of that which is ahead for many now. This Awareness in particular wishes to talk to those many Light
Workers, those many Wanderers, those many souls who have come onto the planet at this time who are walking the ways in frustration, even perhaps hopelessness, who have always had a sense of life purpose, and yet, even with that
sense of life purpose, seemingly are not manifesting in their lives their life purpose. These are very difficult times for many. The energies on this planet at this time are such that the opposing forces of Light and Darkness are
doing battle, but this battle is one that is not seen on the TV news, on the 11 O'clock news, unless one understands and sees the evidence that is presented daily. For most, there is no obvious battle between the factions known as
the Light Workers, versus the Dark Forces. This is seen in the events and circumstances of the work today, but most do not understand and most do not see this. Yet those who are the Light Workers, who have that sense of purpose,
even destiny, very much see the battle royal that is taking place around them, that they too may be involved in, in personal ways. A Deep Sense of Frustration for Light Workers A sense of deep frustration and sometimes
even desperation is caused by their higher purpose, their soul understanding its divine nature, understanding that the battle and the conflict that is taking place on the earthly plane is not one that they even wish to be involved
in. Combined with this is that deeper sense and understanding that they are here for a deeper, a higher purpose. Many of the Light Workers have always understood and known this, and it has been for many a guiding light, a beacon in
the darkness that has always drawn them forward and has always perpetuated for them the inner reason for their being, thus, even somewhat making sense of their lives in these chaotic turbulent times. Yet, even though this may be
so, many are frustrated at this time. Even if with clarity they see that the Dark Forces are indeed in their death throes, even if there is an understanding, an awareness that the time for departure is fast coming onto this plane
of existence; even knowing this, this sense of frustration and an apparent lack of personal movement, personal journey, is such that many of the Light Workers at this time are despondent and despairing that anything will ever
change for them. It is as if they look out onto the world, see what is happening, understand why it is happening, even understand the delusion of the world, the illusion that is presented; yet still do not see strong and effective
changes happening in their own personal lives, and this is leading many of the Light Workers to a place of that loss of personal meaning, or a mistrust in it at the very least, leading them to a place of despair, depression,
hopelessness. Much Work Ahead as Turbulent Times Approach These are indeed challenging times, and even though this Awareness has spoken of the times coming, of the shift and transition that lies ahead, still one must go
through these particularly turbulent times in order to finally reach that place of transition and transformation, and while this Awareness has spoken of the great ascendancy that is ahead and is even now commencing, It wishes at
this time to speak to a much more personal understanding of the times that the individuals may be going through; those who are the Light workers, those who are the Wanderers of the ways; those who have come on to this planet to be
of service in the times ahead and during the times of transition. This Awareness wishes those who are in this position; this place of despair and hopelessness and frustration, to understand that this is the very moment where each
and every one must be strong, must be willing to go through their own personal challenges so that they first and foremost can do the transition that will soon be required by the many. This is the time of attending to the personal
matters, the personal beliefs, issues, blocks, barriers that prevent the Light Workers from completing themselves. This is a time of very intense introspection, a time of digging deep into the emotional realities of their lives;
those emotional realities that both exist in their present moment, but even more in their present past, in the past that was the groundwork of their life, the foundation upon which their groundwork were built.
Deep and Personal Emotional Issues Must Now Surface For many there are deep underlying emotional issues that need to be brought now to the surface, one way or another, that need to be expunged and expelled and released. This
is a very intense time for new beginnings, and in alignment with that this Awareness gave previously as the forecast for 2008, It again reminds that the energy of 2008 is that of a "One" year, of new beginnings and new
undertakings. This being so, it is the perfect time now to bring forward those energies that still block and prevent the new growth and new beginnings this Awareness speaks of. It is a time where that which was laid so long ago is
finally brought to the surface, is finally exposed and understood and finally released. Even though many of the Light Workers feel that their purpose is a grand one, to be of service to humanity in these very trying, confusing,
chaotic and perplexing times, that to avoid personal growth and healing, to avoid dealing with personal issues and personal matters will not be of service to themselves and to others, will not allow those Light Workers to be the
Best that they Can Be. While many would prefer not to deal with the deeper emotional issues, and this Awareness reminds all that there is always free choice in this matter; it is seen that unless those issues, those blocks and
barriers that lie deep within are brought to the surface, those emotional issues and energies, that they will continue to block and break, preventing the individual from moving forward. In some ways, these times are times
not to be worried so much of the collective, or helping the masses transit these difficult times, as they are, for personal growth and healing, personal journeying, so that each and every individual is ready to move forward, having
dealt with those deep issues and deep emotional energies that may still be preventing the individual from truly stepping into all that they can be, all that they are meant to be. This Awareness suggests that if the personal
opportunities arise that allow for personal growth and development, that they be taken. If there is available to the individual the means to do inner work at an emotional level, that they look into this and pursue it.
Entities Need to Start a Journal One way that could be looked at is the use of a journal and that technique known as journaling . In allowing that flow of consciousness that stems from the deepest emotional levels to flow
onto the page, often much is revealed and brought to the surface, especially if the intent is put out that there is a willingness, a desire, an intent to look at the deepest issues that may still be blocking the individual's growth
and development. To put this intent out, to write it out on the page itself and then to allow the flow of consciousness through will be a very enlightening, revealing, even healing experience for many. Deep Inner Issues for
Some Require Counselors and Therapists Another approach would be to find gifted individuals who work at that deeper level as counselors and therapists. For some, their deep inner issues need a structure in which to be
released, need experts who have the gifts, talents and capacities to guide an individual through dark and turbulent waters that are within. What would be required is that a man or a woman, a therapist or counselor be found who
resonates with the individual, who they feel good about, who has the capacity to take that individual on a journey of self-discovery and healing. This Awareness suggests that those who work with the therapy known as regression
therapy be sought out, for these individuals work with the techniques that can bring forward from that depth, those personal experiences and memories and events and circumstances that lie buried deep within, and can bring them to
the surface so that they might be released. This Awareness also suggests that any other technique that is effective, that could be used be investigated, and that individuals themselves be the judges of what they feel right and
correct with. The Technique Known as "Constellation Work" There is a technique known as "Constellation Work" that allows the family origin to be worked with, the lineage of the individual. Not simply
the immediate family, although this is involved, but also those of the family long gone, perhaps not even known; great aunts, uncles, parents, grandparents. Even if an individual was adopted and never knew their parents,
Constellation Work with qualified therapists of this technique could bring forth much information and knowledge and healing. There are of course many other forms of therapy, but that which is the most important of all is that if
the individual goes to a therapist, that they feel deeply within themselves that they have found someone they can trust and can work with, for the degree of trust that is created between therapist and patient is what will allow the
individual to go deeply within. If there is not trust, or feeling of a connection to the therapist, then often very little is achieved. As the nature of this work is intense on an emotional level, it is imperative that the
individual feels secure and safe with the individual that is acting as therapist for them. If there is no such feeling or any doubt, then this Awareness would recommend that this entity is not used, for the deeper sense of the
individual is speaking, and suggesting this is not the appropriate therapist to use. Once such a therapist is found, who resonates with you, to the individual seeking counseling, seeking to reveal the deepest inner parts so that
they can be released, then great progress may be achieved, especially at these times when the onus is on the individual to complete their own inner process and move forward to the times coming, so that having dealt with their own
individual blocks and barriers, their own deeply seated issues, they are free and also ready to do the greater work that is waiting for them. Your Job is to Guide and Assist the Many Through the Chaos and Troubling Times that
Lie Ahead Many will be going through great turmoil, stress and chaos in the times ahead, and so much will change on so many levels, that it is imperative that those who are here to be of assistance, to guide the many through
the troubling times ahead, be strong and capable and competent and be free themselves of those issues that once held, would have blocked and prevented them from being of assistance. What will be needed on the other side of the
Ascension process are those individuals who in a way, have already ascended themselves beyond their limitations and restrictions and blocks and as clear beacons, can draw forth those individuals who are seeking the light themselves
and can assist them also to go through the very things that they have already cleared for themselves. These times are times of completion for many of the Light Workers, which is why there is the emphasis at this time on their own
personal work being done. It will open new doors and new ways and allow them to be complete and allow them to deal with the areas of their own frustration that block them. These times are important for personal work and personal
healing. This Awareness is open to any questions the energizer might have at this time. Is There a Time Frame? QUESTION (JOAN): (Thank you) There is one that does come to mind. Is there a time frame that the Light
Workers (or any one) have to be able to complete this necessary step? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness does see that this time frame is not a rigid one. It does not mean to imply that this work must be done in the next 3 to 4
months or else the boat is missed. It is not quite as rigid as that, or even as tight a schedule as that. This Awareness sees that this now is an ongoing process and many of the Light Workers who understand that they are here for
the times ahead to help the masses to cross over, so to speak, to make the transition to that higher plane of consciousness, have this time from now until the completion of Ascendancy Process to complete their own inner work.
There is nothing that would suggest that it must be done tomorrow or at the very latest, the day after tomorrow. It is simply being spoken by this Awareness that Now is a time for the many Light Workers and Wanderers who are here
to help in the times ahead, and to understand that it is "okay" for them to deal with their own personal issues and to look deeply within themselves and to root out that which is their own opposition, their own blocks and
barriers based on their own emotional issues and challenged. This time ahead is the time for this to occur. Those Who Will be the Lights Must be Pure Lights Many are being driven to this quite naturally as seekers
themselves of self-awareness and self understanding. This helps to explain why this is so, for those who will be the Lights in the times ahead need to be pure lights and need to extract from their light any darkness that lies
within, and this is best done by facing the darkness and passing through it to the other side. There is no time agenda. This Awareness simply suggests that this present time that individuals find them selves in is a good time to
do the inner work, and it will be complete at the right time for them to be able to assist others in their own way in the times ahead. FOR THOSE WHO FEEL IT'S INCORRECT TO FOCUS ON THEMSELVES QUESTION: Thank you. I
appreciate this information as will all of the members. Is there additional information on this topic? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness does wish to talk on something that is very related to this, which is the matter of many
feeling that to do their own work, to focus on themselves and their personal issues is somehow wrong. It is as if many who feel they are here to help others feel they cannot help themselves in this matter, and it is somehow not
correct for them to focus on themselves. These do-gooders feel that they must do good for others in order for others to move forward, but this Awareness does say that if an individual does not see within themselves their right to
find their own healing, their right to find their own worth and worthiness, their right to find their inner strength and inner awareness, then they will not be the Light Workers that will help the many who have great need, for they
will be taken down by those who have such need and neediness. The Analogy of the Drowning Person This Awareness wishes to use the analogy of a drowning person who is so in fear and in reaction that when someone comes to
save them, in their panic and in their terror, they attack their rescuer, trying desperately to clasp and cling to them, thus in the end perhaps causing the rescuer themselves to be drowned and both are drowned, neither being
saved. If the one who is rescuing does not know the proper technique of restraint, and they move themselves into a situation where even though their desire is to rescue the entity who is drowning, they can put themselves in a
dangerous situation, wherein they will not rescue that drowning man or woman, but rather perhaps even cause their own demise through the lack of understanding or training. Therefore, it is beholden to the individual who would
place themselves in a position of helping others to know how to help themselves first, to know how to rescue. This process is such that a clarity of understanding and wisdom to one's own issues, one's own background is necessary,
so that the dark energy, blocking and constraining energies, can be dealt with and released. Entities can then become more competent and capable of helping others who are drowning in their own issues, their own pain, their own
existence, so that when they go to help and assist, are not dragged down by those individuals, are not themselves drowned by them. This is why it is so important at this time in particular as these times are shortening now
towards the Ascension, to understand the great need for self work, self-examination, self love. It will make for stronger rescuers in the times ahead, so that one does not take on an other being's problems or issues but can be a
perfect mirror for them to look at themselves, to deal with their inner issues and let go of that which no longer serves so that they may be free to move forward themselves, to ascend themselves, and then turn around and help
others who follow behind them. Is the Year 2012 That Particular
Time? (The Ascension Process Has Already Begun) QUESTION:
(Thank you) Is the particular time referred to as the year 2012, so often spoken of? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness agrees roughly to that, but It has spoken before and says again that that is simply a parameter and it is
not iron clad. These are already the times of Ascension, and it might be better understood that the date given as December 21st 2012, or even the earlier date this Awareness has spoken of in the past, are simply rough guides, for
the time when the process of Ascension: the splitting of the two planets and the consciousness of the planets, is compete and done. It is not a starting point. It is the ending point. The Ascension process has already begun, and
there have been waves of ascension already. QUESTION: (Thank you) Is there additional information on this or should I ask a question? Cosmic AWARENESS: This Awareness asks if there is a question, It also would state that in
what It has presented, if the members have further questions, to please send them in. WORMWOOD—THE 12TH PLANET QUESTION: For the matter related to Ascension, does this in any way involve the Wormwood planet, or could
Awareness speak on the Wormwood situation? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness can indeed speak of this. That which is known as Wormwood being the prophesied planet or comet that is seen in many millennia predictions as the
possible ending of the planet itself through a collision or a near miss of this body coming through the solar system. This Awareness wishes to explain that which is known as Wormwood, is also that which the individual Zecharia
Sitchin referred to as the 12th Planet; that rogue planetary body that has the irregular orbit that brings it back into proximity of the earth approximately every ten thousand years or so.* This 12th Planet is returning and is
indeed in the solar system at this time and is moving ever closer to the planet earth. It is seen that the proximity of the two planets will be close enough to cause great upheaval on the planet earth in the years ahead, and many
of the cataclysmic events that so many religions and beliefs and doctrines have prophesized in the past, including that known as the Wormwood prophecies have to do with the closeness of that which is referred to in Sitchin's book
as the 12th Planet arriving back, after its ten thousand year hiatus. It is not so much a hiatus, as the journey into the vast deeper regions of space, well beyond the solar system of planet earth. The 12th Planet or Tiamat
Approaches Loaded with the Annunaki It is also seen that there are pictures available now that have been taken of the planet also known as Tiamat, the 12th Planet. These pictures have not been released, although they are
available through various sources on the Internet, and there have been some pictures shown in the tabloid papers, which of course are largely dismissed. Thus, the planet itself is beyond Jupiter, but it is fast approaching now.
This Awareness also wishes to make comment that this planet is to be seen more as a huge spaceship, an orb that is hollow within, and that the individuals within this spaceship are those known as the Annunaki, who have seen
themselves for so long as the true rulers of planet earth, and it is time for their return. Within a Year the 12th Planet Will be Seen With the Naked Eye They have already sent advance parties of their own to the planet,
to scout it out, to see what stage humanity is now in. They too have their own spaceships that they travel in and have been coming back to this planet for many years now. It is seen that this 12th Planet will become visible within
the next year to the naked eye and it will become very difficult to deny it any longer. This is part of the reason this Awareness suggested in the forecast of 2008 that a proposed First Contact with extraterrestrial beings is
highly likely, for assistance may be needed with the planet coming so close on this pass that will be of an extraterrestrial nature, and that it may be offered in advance to Tiamat appearing in the skies, to Wormwood appearing in
the skies, to the 12th Planet appearing in the skies, so that the fear and panic will be avoided. As Tiamat Approaches the Gravitational Pull Causes Earth Shifts This is linked to that which this Awareness spoke of in
Its forecast for 2008 as a proposed First Contact; the reason being that assistance may well be needed in the years ahead, particularly when the proximity of the two planets is closest and the stress that is created on the surface
of this planet is most pronounced. Indeed, as this Awareness was saying, these stresses are already starting to be felt on the planet itself. Many of the tectonic plates are being affected by the gravitational pull of Tiamat as it
approaches the planet now, and these are causing some of the earth shifts and the climatic conditions that are occurring on the planet at this time. While it is still such a distance away, such is its gravitational pull that the
planet itself is responding to it. This will increase as it comes closer and the assistance that will be required to prevent a full scale disruption of the planet's surface will be required. This is seen and known by the
extraterrestrial forces, the Galactic Federation, the higher spiritual consciousness on multidimensional levels, and will be acted on. This is one of those that is seen as possible, in the year ahead in 2008 as that which this
Awareness has already commented upon, that First Contact, first communication. It is already seen that there is contact already between the galactic Federation and government officials and individuals who would work with the
extraterrestrials that are presenting themselves. Those governments that are in collusion with the Orion Empire are rejecting the assistance of the Galactic Federation, which is why they may simply go over their heads and present
themselves openly to the world and the world's citizens. There is already contact with key individuals who they will work with to prepare for the First Contact, and later to prepare the planet for the devastating effects of the
planet Tiamat as it approaches this planet. * Sitchin's book MORE ON THE POLES SHIFTING QUESTION: Would the
shift of the poles have anything to do with this, or is this an entirely different situation? COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness asks which poles are being referred to: the magnetic poles or the geological poles? The geological
poles are simply points on the planet. It is the magnetic pole shift that is more referred to. This Awareness sees that the North and South poles can reverse themselves. This is something that could be highly devastating if it were
to occur in a physical manner, and it is this that the Galactic Federation would seek to help prevent happening; the actual physical tilting and tipping over of this planet as the hugely disruptive forces of the planet Tiamat
approach it. The magnetic disruption of the North/South pole, the magnetic North/South pole is seen to be equally devastating if it is to occur, but this is something that could be endured, as long as the planet itself does not
topple over and reverse itself, as has happened in the past. This physical toppling can be prevented and it is the goal that it is prevented, but it may be that the magnetic poles still shift, still reverse themselves, so that
which was the magnetic North Pole will become the magnetic South Pole and vice versa. Extraterrestrial's Technology Will Prevent Much Destruction There still will be much disruption if this event occurs, but with the
assistance of those higher extraterrestrial beings who have a greater technology and capacity to see and predict the event when it will happen, that much loss of life will be prevented and much will be saved from being destroyed
had this assistance not been offered in the first place. What will determine it is how strong those opposing forces are to the assistance that will be offered, and if the forces which largely control the planet at this time are
allowed to have sway, then it is seen that there can be great catastrophe on the planet when those events that this Awareness is speaking of occur. Planet "A" Will Not Experience All This Devastation It is not
seen as something immediate, within the next year. It is seen as a potential, a possibility that can be averted. It is also seen that due to the nature of the process of Ascension, the splitting of the two planets on the two
vibrational levels, that one will experience such an event and the other will not. That planet that is known as Planet A, that this Awareness has referred to as the planet of Ascension, will not experience such an event, but it
could well be experienced by that Planet B that chooses to go down that deep dark road into that greater state of third dimensional physicality and separateness from spirit. This Awareness does not offer this to scare anyone; It
simply is stating how it could look, and why it would look that way. Does this answer the energizer's question? QUESTIONER: Yes it does, thank you, and on behalf of mankind, we can appreciate any help from the Galactic
Federation and for the knowledge and familiarity of what is possible, but does not have to be. Thank you. THE PREVIOUS AGREEMENT BETWEEN ALIENS AND GOVERNMENTS This Awareness has something to speak on that matter and
thanks the energizer for her acknowledgement of assistance. It has long been put out that there is collusion between the existing governments of the world and the extraterrestrial beings and forces that the
governments have made contracts with. It has been put out that the Galactic Federation has not intervened earlier because the official governments of the world, particularly the United States of America and that which is known as
Russia, the Russian Federation, previously the Soviet Union, who are more interested in a lucrative contract with aliens that would offer them technology and power, than the Galactic Federation that appeared and offered assistance;
that the old ways of dominance and power and criminality no longer work or are appropriate and that a true willingness to be of service towards humanity be pursued instead. The Agreement is Null and Void at This Time
This was rejected by the United States government in favor of a more lucrative contract with those beings known as the Reptilians and the Greys, where there was an offer of technology in exchange for the permission to work
surreptitiously in the events and affairs of humanity. The Galactic Federation withdrew at that time since they had not achieved a ratification from the existing governments, especially the United States and Russia; however, at
this time, this Awareness wishes to speak of this and suggests that the agreement made by the governments is null and void at this time, for it was never made on behalf of humanity. Even though it is touted that the Orion Empire
is here because they were invited to be here, this no longer holds sway, or any power. It is the right of each and every individual to now cry out against this agreement which does not represent them. That which was their ignorance
because of that which was held from them, needs to be broken, needs to be surpassed. That is why the importance of a First Alien Contact is so important at this time.
We Need to Cry Out a Welcome to the Galactic Federation! (An Internet Campaign with Petitions Should Begin Now)
This Awareness would suggest that individuals now give voice of whom they wish to be in contact with, who they wish to work with. Rather than working with those powers that were hidden for
so long, that worked behind the surface as they did; they being the Greys, the Reptilians, the Orions; that a voice go out calling for, and inviting back the Galactic Federation: the Sirians, the Arcturians, and all others of the
Galactic Federation who are here to assist at this time. It is even seen that an Internet campaign may be launched, where individuals put out a proclamation, even a petition that is circulated on Internet, a petition requesting
assistance at this time by the Galactic Federation, requesting that it be now seen and acknowledged that mankind is starting to understand and recognize that they have been duped by their own governments and that they wish to break
free of this and get out of the contract their governments made on their behalf. Individuals should state that they do not hold to the contracts allegedly made on their behalf and that they wish now to truly welcome the Galactic
Federation, those higher forces that have been the guardians of mankind for so long, but have done so from beyond. This Awareness wishes even to say beyond the veil. They have stayed relatively hidden and have not exposed
themselves as much as those current extraterrestrial forces that are prevalent in the skies. They are also in the skies above, have assisted where they can, but have been shackled largely from being more open in their assistance
because of the alleged contracts made by the governments with those forces that would subjugate humanity to its own realm. Indeed, many of those ruling powers, including the 13 powerful families, the Illuminati, the Free Masons,
the Triumvirate; those controlling powers have long worked with those hidden extraterrestrial forces, against humanity, against the well-being and welfare of humanity. It is time now for humanity to rise up, and say "No more!
Enough! This is not my agreement! This is not something that I say yes to! I call to those forces that would free us and assist us! I call to the Galactic Federation as an aware sentient being, that I wish to say YES to those
beings who work with us, who would assist us, who would help us grow and expand. Members Who Know the Internet Well Should Start Now For those who have understanding of what this Awareness is speaking of, who know the
Internet well enough that they could put together a proclamation that can be circulated into human consciousness, that can be passed out and passed along the cyber waves, that this Awareness recommends that this be done. It will
have great value and give voice to those who know that the Galactic Federation, those higher forces who would work with society and with humanity are only waiting for the invitation to do so. Let the voice speak out. Let the voice

articles in the morning paper. One is about astronomers finding a 5-planet solar system, and it talks about a new planet about 45 times bigger than the earth, but at a similar distance from its sun, a star known as 55 Cancri, the
astronomers said yesterday. There is a website: COSMIC AWARENESS: This
Awareness does not see a great relevancy; however, what It does suggest by this discovery is that there are indeed many millions, even billions of possibilities where life could have developed and perhaps has developed. This
Awareness speaks this in terms of how a scientist would speak it or see it. This Awareness simply states that of course this is so. There are billions of other planets that do contain life on many different levels, including other
forms of human life. This is the relevancy of this discovery. It is not particularly relevant in terms of the human journey, the humanity of this planet at this time. QUESTIONER: That's amazing. We always knew that there was
life on other planets, right? COSMIC AWARENESS: This is most definitely the case. There is even life on this planet. QUESTIONER: Sometimes. COSMIC AWARENESS: Sometimes. The Newly Discovered Planet Gliese 581c

state. It is beyond that. It is more the state akin to the young adult, willing and ready now to take responsibility for themselves and to become a true and responsible member of society. This society this Awareness is referring
to, refers not only to human society, but to the Galactic society; to that which is the Galactic Federation, a federation of the 12 planets that hold human life who are willing now, indeed desirous now, of bringing the child planet
into alignment with the older sisters and brothers. The aboriginal people of North America have long known of the star nation's peoples: the planets that have held human life. It was seen and understood that the star nation's
people, that which is also known as the Galactic Federation, seeded human life on this planet, many many millions of years ago. They are interested now in helping the child planet to return back into the fold, not ever having truly
